Kenneth Chesebro is an American attorney who authored key legal memos underpinning the plan to assemble fake slates of presidential electors in states Donald Trump lost in 2020. He was named as a co-conspirator in the federal election-obstruction indictment and was charged in the Fulton County, Georgia, racketeering case, where he pleaded guilty in 2023 and agreed to cooperate. He was subsequently disbarred.
