Dominion Voting Systems is a company that supplies voting machines and election technology used by jurisdictions across the United States. After the 2020 election it became the target of false claims that its machines had switched votes, claims it disputed and litigated. It secured a $787.5 million defamation settlement from Fox News in 2023, the largest publicly known settlement in U.S. media history. Dominion equipment was also the system breached by the Colorado clerk Tina Peters.
