Arthur Engoron is an American judge who serves on the New York Supreme Court, the state’s trial court. He presided over the civil fraud case brought by the New York Attorney General and, in February 2024, ordered Donald Trump, his sons, and the Trump Organization to pay $364 million, finding that Trump had repeatedly inflated property values to obtain favorable loan terms.
